Pictured is a 12” P21 Gemco Inflatable Seal Valve.
The material of construction (MOC) is corrosion resistance Hastelloy C22 with Perlast® Perfluoroelastomer FFKM inflatable seal for ANSI Class VI bi-directional shut-off from full vacuum (-1 bar) to 90 PSI (6 bar) service. They are also fitted with clean in place (CIP) Hastelloy C22 spray balls for quick cleaning between batches resulting in minimal down time between campaigns. The valves are fully automated with explosion proof controls, feedback and spring return actuators for fail safe operation. P21 Gemco Inflatable Seal Valves are used for solids charging/discharging of vacuum dryers, centrifuges and reactors.
A batch of 8” and 12” P21 Gemco Inflatable Seal Valves were shipped to a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This modern facility has capabilities in small and large scale manufacturing allowing for flexible production.
