Gemco Valve engineered and manufactured a 16” reactor feed valve for the ExxonMobil Chemical plant in Edison, NJ. ExxonMobil utilizes All Aces Construction as its industrial and commercial general contractor. “With training and engineering support provided by Gemco Valve, All Aces installed and commissioned the reactor valve in an extremely professional way,” Jim Lenihan, President of Gemco Valve said.
All Aces Construction, President Dan Carlson says “Our mission is to build long term relationships with our clients by offering high quality work at a competitive price. Affiliated with local unions, our workers are highly skilled professionals and trained in EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) practices.”
The success of the ExxonMobil installation resulted in Gemco Valve’s decision to collaborate with All Aces on another project for Pfizer Pharmaceutical, Pearl River, NY which produces and packages the Centrum family of dietary supplements.
Gemco Valve designed and manufactured a custom built discharge system consisting of valve, retractable sleeve and inflatable seal. The system compensates for differences in height and damage to charging necks of the many Intermediate Bulk Containers therefore eliminating dusting and improving efficiency. All Aces installed and commissioned the new system during the scheduled July 4th operations maintenance shutdown.
“The partnership with All Aces allows us to offer world class installation and repair services to our customers” Lenihan stated.
