Custom designed Gemco Airlock valve-shipped to carbon fiber producer in Turkey.
A custom designed Gemco Airlock/double dump valve consisting of two DN150 valves and a 25 liter steam jacketed chamber. The Airlock is controlled by an ATEX Explosion proof control panel that can be operated locally or by distributed control system (DCS). The unit was shipped to Turkey to be fitted on a Thin Film Evaporator (TFE) for the production of carbon fiber.
