As part of their ongoing commitment to innovation and superior customer service, Gemco Valve has recently enhanced the “My Order” page of their website. With a simple click, customers can get detailed information about a pending or past order. The Valve database is accessed by customer purchase order number and Gemco Valve serial number. End user can access pertinent details about their valve order such as schematic drawings, installation/operation manuals, expected delivery date, shipping and carrier information, as well as photos of their valve.

“Our customers are located all over the world and we want them to be able interact with us whenever they need to. This feature allows them to do just that,” said Jim Lenihan, Gemco Valve President. “Whether the customer is in Europe, Asia or Australia they can check drawings and their order status without being concerned about what time it is in New Jersey. Besides, our valves are only part of the manufacturing process. Our customers also have their own clients who may be another link in the supply chain or the end user.”

“Installation, operation and spare parts information available on the My Order page makes adjustments and simple repairs something that can often be done by the customer on site, without the need for a in-person service call from one of our technicians,” added Doug Krok, (Gemco Valve Applications Engineer).

If you have suggestions about additions or changes to the “My Order” page, we would like to hear from you.
